摘要

文章通过浸染染色实验,研究了 65%PLA/35%莫代尔混纺织物茜草色素染色工艺,确定了最佳染色工艺条件,研究了染色后织物的防紫外性、抗菌性.结果表明,温度100 ℃,时间30 min、pH值为6时,颜色鲜艳且得色深度K/S值较高,茜草染色后可赋予织物优异的防紫外性,并能使织物保持较高抗菌性.

Abstract

Through immersion dyeing experiments,the dyeing process of 65%PLA/35%Modal blended fabric with madder pigment was studied,and the optimal dyeing conditions were determined.The anti UV and antibacterial properties of dyed fabric were also studied.The results show that at the temperature of 100 ℃,time of 30 minute,and pH value of 6,the color was bright and the color depth K/S value was high.After dyeing with madder,the fabric had excellent UV resistance and maintained high antibacterial properties.
