One-bath Dyeing Technology of Wool/Polyester Cheese Yarn
By selecting the appropriate amount of dyeing auxiliaries,optimizing the dyeing process parameters,and improving the dyeing quality of blended yarn,one-bath dyeing process of wool/poly-ester blended cheese yarn was discussed.The results show that when the mass concentration of wool protective agent HTP is 4.0 g/L,the mass concentration of carrier P-EW is 3.0 g/L,the mass con-centration of wool leveling agent SET is 1.0 g/L,and the mass concentration of polyester leveling a-gent TOP is 1.0 g/L,the levelness of the wool/polyester blended cheese yarn dyeing can be signifi-cantly improved.The color fastness meets the requirements,and the wool fibers are undamaged.At the same time,it shortens production time,reduces production costs for enterprises,saves energy and reduces emissions,and promotes the green and low-carbon development of cheese yarn dyeing.
