摘要
文章为有效提高纺纱机的生产效率和生产质量,对现有智能化纺纱设备进行改造,实时采集设备运行数据,采用5G专网模式进行组网,建立5G工业互联网数据存储、分析平台和纺纱生产数据研判中心,管理者通过电脑终端或手机APP可以实时掌握智能化设备的实时运行状态,并根据显示的状态进行预警或干预.
Abstract
In order to effectively improve the production efficiency and production quality of spin-ning machines,the current intelligent spinning equipments were transformed,the operating data of the equipments was collected in real time,the 5G private network mode was used for networking,and the 5G industrial Internet data storage and analysis platform and the spinning production data research and judgment center were established.Managers can grasp the real-time operating status of intelligent equipment through computer terminals or mobile phone APP,and conduct early warning or interven-tion according to the displayed status.
