摘要
文章分析了光电纠偏、防卷边装置和PLC编程控制系统在热熔胶膜复合材料生产中的作用,指出其通过控制运行速度和运行张力,有效解决了织物面料易变形、易卷边、易跑偏的问题.
Abstract
Through the design and installation of photoelectric correction and anti-curling device and PLC programming control system,the production quality of hot melt film composite machine and the running speed and tension of key points can be controlled online.Production practice has proved that the implementation of quality control points can effectively solve the problem of easy deforma-tion,easy curling and easy deviation of fabric,ensure quality standards,reduce costs and improve benefits.
