汉麻/粘胶水刺非织造材料的制备及性能研究

文章利用不同比例的汉麻纤维和粘胶纤维,通过梳理成网、水刺加固的方式,制备汉麻/粘胶纤维水刺非织造材料,并对制备的材料进行柔软整理.通过单位面积质量、力学性能、抗弯刚度、液体穿透等性能的测试分析发现,可以通过水刺加固工艺制备密度均匀、力学性能较好的水刺非织造材料,材料的柔软性和液体穿透能力较好.经柔软整理后,可进一步提高水刺非织造材料的柔软性和液体穿透能力.
Preparation and Performance Study of Hemp/Viscose Spunlaced Nonwoven Materials
In this study,hemp/viscose spunlaced nonwovens were prepared with different propor-tions of hemp fiber and viscose fiber,and the prepared materials were soft finished.Through the tes-ting and analysis of surface density,mechanical properties,flexural stiffness,liquid penetration and other properties,it is found that spunlaced nonwovens with uniform surface density and good mechan-ical properties can be prepared by spunlaced strengthening process,and the material has good softness and liquid penetration ability.After soft finishing,the softness and liquid penetration of spunlaced nonwovens can be further improved.
