文章针对织机张力控制问题,提出一种新型碳纤维织物织机张力机构,其采用电机驱动包胶辊转动主动送经,结合摆杆机构进行张力补偿,通过实验样机验证该机构可有效控制纱线张力.
Abstract
A new type of tension mechanism for carbon fiber fabric looms was proposed in this paper,which addresses the issue of tension control.The mechanism used an electric motor to drive the wrapping roller to rotate and actively feed the warp,combined with a swing mechanism for tension compensation.Ex-perimental prototypes have verified that the mechanism can effectively control yarn tension.
