The modification methods of synthetic fiber imitation cotton and the demand of home textile imitation cotton fabrics were introduced in this paper.By testing the moisture regain and water absorption of six kinds of home textile imitated cotton fabrics,the moisture absorption performance of home textile imitated cotton fabrics was studied.The results show that the moisture regain of imita-ted cotton fabric is proportional to the content of cellulose fiber mixed or interwoven in the fabric,and the water absorption is related to the moisture regain,fiber fineness and wicking effect of the fiber itself.
