Using ordinary wool fiber and polyolefin elastic fiber XLA as raw materials,wool-wor-sted elastic summer pants fabric was developed by utilizing the chlorine resistance and low-tempera-ture setting characteristics of polyolefin elastic fiber XLA,avoiding the shortcomings of existing methods such as poor spinnability of mercerized wool fiber and discoloration and strength damage caused by high temperature setting of spandex.The fabric had no color change during the production process.After testing,all indicators met with the standard requirements of first-class products,with the elas-tic elongation of 25.5％and non-restorative elongation of 1.6％had a good skin-friendly effect.
