Extremely process requirements were required in nylon dyeing.Process conditions were important factors affecting the color and uniformity of dyed products,such as temperature,bath rati-o,pH value,leveling agent,etc.,all of which could affect the quality of the products.The character-istics,dyeing mechanism and dyeing influencing factors of nylon were discussed and analyzed in this paper,and the factors affecting the success rate of nylon dyeing once were discussed.Using the nylon special composite plate equipment(RF6P300C)and supporting solutions,the success rate of nylon dyeing once could be greatly improved.
