为了克服普通铧式犁单方向翻垡效率低的缺点,研制了1 LF-5.0型悬挂式翻转犁.通过理论分析确定了悬挂式翻转犁的整体设计方案,设计了翻转犁的主要零部件.田间试验表明,此悬挂式翻转犁结构简单、操作方便,其各项指标均能满足国家有关标准的要求.该设计为翻转犁的研究和改进工作提供了理论和实践依据.
Design and experiment of hanging reversible plow
In order to overcome the common plow′s shortcomings of turn in one direction mattress and low efficiency,the type of 1 LF-5 .0 mount roll-over plow was designed.Basing on the theo-retical analysis,the whole of the mount roll-over plow was designed and then the main parts of the mount roll-over plow were studied.The experiment in fields showed that the mount roll-over plow was with the characteristics of simple structure and easy operation.And all indexes of the mount roll-over plow could meet the requirements of relevant national standards.It also could provide the theoretic and practical reference for the the research and improvement of the mount roll-over plow.
