Innovative design of return valve retaining ring assembly machine based on TRIZ theory
In order to solve the problem of low assembly efficiency of the retaining ring of the floor heat-ing return water valve,the innovative design of the assembly machine of the retaining ring of the return water valve was carried out based on TRIZ theory.Through the nine-screen analysis method,the direction of solving the problem was proposed,the problems existing in the system were obtained through the functional analysis method,and the root cause of the problem was obtained by the causal analysis method.The technical contradiction method,physical contradiction method and object-field model method were used to solve the problem of low efficiency of assembling the retaining ring,and 11 solutions were proposed,and further a return valve retaining ring assembly machine was designed.The stress and strain simulation of the pressure ring device was carried out by ANSYS software,and the feasibility of the equipment strength was verified.The motion simulation of the transmission process was carried out by ADAMS software,which verifies the rationality of the design scheme.This study provides a new idea for the innovative design of the return valve ring assembly machine.
