摘要
目的 通过分析北京市石景山区2017-2022年消毒质量监测结果,了解石景山区托幼机构消毒质量变化,为指导和改进日常消毒、监测工作提供依据.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对2017-2022年北京市石景山区托幼机构消毒质量监测数据进行整理统计分析.消毒质量监测主要对象包括室内空气、物体表面、人员手、餐饮具、紫外线灯.结果 2017-2022年共采样2 549件,合格2 309件,总合格率90.58％,每年合格率分别为87.83％、87.68％、87.12％、94.48％、95.39％和96.82％,各年间合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=46.610,P＜0.001).2017-2019年与2020-2022年托幼机构消毒合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=43.781,P＜0.001).结论 2020-2022年,各单位重视消毒工作,北京市石景山区托幼机构消毒质量有明显提高.
Abstract
Objective To analysis the surveillance data of disinfection quality in child care institutions in Shijingshan district from 2017 to 2022,to understand the changes of disinfection quality,so as to provide basis for guiding and improving daily disinfection and surveillance work.Methods A retrospective survey method was used to statistically analyze the disinfection quality surveillance data of child care institutions in Shijingshan district province from 2017 to 2022.The main surveillance objects of disinfection effect included air,object surface,staff's sanitary hands,tableware,ultraviolet lamp.Results From 2017 to 2022,a total of 2 549 samples were collected,with a qualified rate of 90.58％(2 309/2 549).Over the six years,the annual qualified rate was 87.83％,87.68％,87.12％,94.48％,95.39％and 96.82％,respectively,with a significant difference(x2=46.610,P＜0.001).There was a statistically significant difference for the two time periods(x2=43.781,P＜0.001).Conclusions During the period 2020-2022,more attention had been paid to disinfection work in all child care institutions,and the quality of disinfection of child care institutions in Shijingshan district was significantly improved.
