Drawing upon an examination of lunar resource conditions, environmental factors, and both domestic and international research on lunar base construction plans, this paper integrates considerations of latitude, intricate terrain, and geomorphology with in-situ resource utilization, such as lunar regolith and rock minerals. And then, the study combines traditional geotechnical engineering with core technologies, including the Internet of Things(IoT),contemporary communication, big data, and artificial intelligence(AI).It proposes constructing a lunar bases on the geomorphological features of the lunar surface, maria, and lunar rock.In addition, this study analyzes the site selection, design framework, structural features, and construction considerations at various stages of the intelligent base, summarizing key scientific challenges faced during the lunar base complex's development. The analysis offers guidance for future human-advanced lunar base construction and functional zone deployment.
