兰新高铁大风区减档距防舞器有效性分析

摘要
为解决兰新高铁大风区段接触网正馈线在大风天气下发生剧烈舞动问题及线夹运动致金具磨损问题,提出一种减档距防舞器.建立正馈线有限元模型,施以导线自重荷载及风速 22.14 m/s(9 级风)的气动荷载,获得安装减档距绝缘子前后正馈线舞动响应.分析表明,9 级风速下,未安装防舞器前,正馈线舞动强劲,垂直、水平位移峰值分别为 3.061、2.468 m;安装减档距长度3.0 m的防舞器后,导线舞动抑制效果最佳,垂直、水平位移峰值分别为1.940、1.541 m,分别降低36.62%、37.56%,安装后的正馈线最大张力由 113.042 kN降至导线设计破坏张力之下,张力波动减小.线夹运动最大磨损角从 40.53°降至防舞器安装后的 8.23°.研究结果表明,减档距长度 3.0 m的防舞器能够有效抑制导线舞动,减小线夹运动磨损.
Abstract
To solve the problem of violent dancing of contact network positive feeder in the windy section of the Lanzhou-Urumqi high speed railway and tear of fittings caused by the movement of wire clamps,a kind of anti-dancer with the reduced pitch was proposed.A finite element model was established for the positive feeder,and the aerodynamic load of 22.14 m/s wind speed(ninth wind speed)was applied to obtain the dance response of the positive feeder before and after the installation of the anti-dancer with the reduced pitch.The analysis showed that before the installation of anti-dancer with the reduced pitch,the positive feeder under the ninth wind speed danced strongly,and the peak vertical and horizontal displacements were 3.061 m and 2.468 m.After the installation of the anti-dancer with the reduced pitch length of 3.0 m,the conductor danced with the best suppression effect,and the vertical and horizontal displacements were 1.940 m and 1.541 m,which were reduced by 36.62%and 37.56%.After the installation of the positive feeder,the maximum tension of the installed positive feeder was also reduced from 113.042 kN to below the designed destructive tension of the conductor,and the tension fluctuation was reduced at the same time.The maximum wear angle of the wire clip movement was reduced from 40.53°to 8.23°after the installation of the anti-dancer with the reduced pitch.The results of the study showed that the anti-dancer with the reduced pitch length of 3.0 m could effectively suppress wire dance and reduce the wear of wire clip movement.
