重型车桥十字轴-齿轮转动副传动特性

为了解决车桥产品十字轴-齿轮转动副随车辆里程增加容易磨损的难题,从十字轴-齿轮转动副传动特性出发,基于阿克曼转向原理,建立重型汽车差速器十字轴-行星齿轮相对转速、理论扭矩计算模型;基于理论扭矩建立十字轴-齿轮赫兹接触模型;在MATLAB中分析十字轴轴颈表面局部磨损和均匀磨损产生的曲率变化对赫兹接触应力的影响.结果表明,在整个赫兹接触区域,均匀磨损下赫兹接触应力分布更集中,增加了轴颈进一步磨损的可能性;局部磨损下赫兹接触分布更均匀.
Transmission characteristics of heavy axle cross shaft-gear rotating pair
In order to solve the problem that the axle product cross shaft-gear rotation pair was easy to wear with the increase of vehicle mileage,this study started from the transmission characteristics of the cross shaft-gear rotation pair,based on Ackerman condition,differential cross shaft-planetary gear relative speed and the theoretical torque calculation model of heavy-duty vehicle were established.The Hertz contact model of the cross shaft-gear was established based on the theoretical torque.The influence of curvature changes caused by local and uniform wear on the Hertz contact stress on the surface of the cross shaft was analyzed in MATLAB.The results showed that in the entire Hertz contact area,the Hertz contact stress distribution was more concentrated under uniform wear,increasing the possibility of further wear of the shaft;Under local wear,the Hertz contact distribution was more uniform.
