Simulation Study on the Hydraulic System of the Centering and Positioning Device for Welding the Shearer Drum
To solve the problem of uncertain drum posture in the automatic welding robot system during the welding process of the shearer drum,a centering positioning device is designed to accurately position the drum.The development of this device is a key technology in the welding robot system.Among them,the hydraulic system is the key to the stable operation of the device.In order to verify the feasibility and rationality of the hydraulic system design of the positioning device,Amesim simulation software was used to model and simulate it.Through simulation analysis,the design of the hydraulic system meets the requirements and has a certain degree of rationality and practicality.
