摘要
在产品设计过程中,机械结构的静力学分析与轻量化设计对产品的整体质量有着极为重要的影响.对产品的机械结构进行静力学分析可以保证产品有较好稳定性,对产品进行轻量化设计则是提高产品的综合性能,比如在不影响强度的情况下减小产品质量,从而提高产品综合品质.基于此,本文将结合 3He管探测器的设计,对其主要部件进行静力学分析,并借助静力学分析结果对探测器的密闭腔体与盖板进行轻量化设计.
Abstract
In the process of product design,the static analysis and lightweight design of mechanical structure have a very important impact on the overall quality of the product.The static analysis of the mechanical structure of the product can ensure that the product has good stability,and the lightweight design of the product is to improve the comprehensive performance of the product,such as reducing the product quality without affecting the strength,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of the product.Based on this,this paper will combine the design of 3He tube detector,carry out statics analysis of its main components,and use the statics analysis results to carry out lightweight design of the closed chamber and cover plate of the detector.
