摘要
本文对全液压冲击反循环钻机底梁的不同选型的截面参数进行了对比,并对不同选型的强度和抗弯刚度进行了分析.结果表明,在满足整机负载要求的前提下,通过优化选型可满足底梁轻量化的诉求.通过该分析可实际解决整机轻量化的问题.
Abstract
This article compares the cross-sectional parameters of different types of bottom beams for fully hydraulic impact reverse circulation drilling rigs,and analyzes the strength and bending stiffness of different types of beams.The results indicate that optimizing the selection can meet the demand for lightweight bottom beams when meeting the load requirements of the entire machine.Through this analysis,the problem of overall lightweight can be effectively solved.
