本文基于多传感器数据融合方式设计动力锂电池火灾防控装置,主动灭火和被动灭火并行。主动灭火以环境温度、CO浓度、烟雾浓度作为火灾探测的特征变量,通过D-S数据融合算法整合多个传感器的火灾特征信息,形成防控决策。被动灭火通过灭火剂储盒的自控电路闭合实现高温时的灭火剂喷射,并通过各灭火剂储盒高度关联,实现多灭火剂储盒的喷射,从而达到降温、灭火的效果。
Design of Fire Prevention and Control Device for Power Lithium Battery
Abstrct:Based on the multi-sensor data fusion method design power lithium battery fire prevention and control device,parallel,passive and active fire extinguishing the fire.Active fire fighting takes ambient temperature,CO concentration and smoke concentration as characteristic variables of fire detection.D-S data fusion algorithm integrates fire characteristic information of multiple sensors to form prevention and control decisions.Passive fire extinguishing realizes fire extinguishing agent injection at high temperature by closing the automatic control circuit of the fire extinguishing agent storage box,and realizes the injection of multiple fire extinguishing agent storage boxes through the high correlation of each fire extinguishing agent storage box,so as to achieve the effect of cooling and fire extinguishing.
