碳纤拉挤板用夹层织物研究

随着风电叶片长度实现百米级的跨越,承载能力更为优异的碳纤维拉挤板也正在逐步应用.夹层导流织物作为拉挤板应用中不可缺少的关键材料,其和拉挤板材的适配性和经济性都至关重要.目前行业内关于碳纤维拉挤板适用的夹层导流织物的选择却没有系统性的研究.本文以三种导流织物:碳纤维(CF)夹层织物、碳/玻璃纤维混合(GF/CF)夹层织物、玻璃纤维(GF)夹层织物为研究对象,采用对比实验研究分析了相同面密度(200 g/m2)下三种夹层导流织物的本体力学性能、与碳纤维拉挤板结合性能、导流效率、电学性之间的差异.期望通过本文的研究对风电叶片材料体系升级过程中更为科学地选用材料提供指导和技术支持.
Study on Selection of Interlayer Fabric for Carbon Fiber Pultrusion Plate
With the wind power blade length reaching 100 meters,carbon fiber pultruded plates with more excellent load carrying capacity are also being gradually applied.As an indispensable key material in the application of pultrusion plate,the interlayer flow guide fabric is very important for its compatibility and economy with pultrusion plate.At present,there is no systematic research on the selection of interlayer flow guide fabric suitable for carbon fiber pultrusion plate.In this paper,three kinds of diversion fabrics are used:Carbon fiber interwoven fabric(CF),carbon/glass fiber mixed interwoven fabric(GF/CF)and glass fiber flow guide fabric(GF)were used as the research objects.The differences of mechanical properties,bonding properties with carbon fiber pultruded sheet,flow guide efficiency and electrical properties of three kinds of interwoven flow guide fabrics under the same surface density of 200(g/m2)were analyzed by comparative experiments.It is expected that the research in this paper will provide guidance and technical support for the scientific selection of materials in the upgrading process of wind power blade material system.
