聚乳酸胶带的设计制备及其可降解性能研究

在快递行业快速发展的时代,对于胶带的需求量日益增加.常用的聚酯膜和聚丙烯膜由于降解性差和回收费用高等问题,开发环境友好型材料已成为当下的重要任务之一.聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)作为一种来源于可再生资源的生物可降解高分子材料,具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,在包装材料、医疗器械等领域展示出巨大的应用潜力.本研究设计制备了一种新型的可降解的聚乳酸胶带,采用高聚乳酸作为背材,低聚乳酸衍生物作为增粘剂,显著提高了胶带的可降解性.所制备的胶带7 天降解率可达到 69%,45 天降解率能达到 95%.通过探讨不同的胶带背材以及背材的厚度对粘接性能以及生物可降解性的影响,为环保型粘接产品的研发提供参考.
Design,Preparation and Biodegradability of Polylactic Acid Tapes
With the rapid development of express delivery,the demand for tapes is increasing.Due to the inferior degradation and high recycling costs of commonly used polyester and polypropylene films,the development of environmentally friendly materials has become one of the important tasks at present.As a biodegradable polymer material derived from renewable resources,polylactic acid(PLA)has good biocompatibility and biodegradability,and has shown great potential in the applications of packaging materials,medical devices and other fields.A new type of degradable PLA tape was designed and prepared in this work.PLA with high molecular weight was used as the backing material,and derivatives of PLA with low molecular weight was used as tackifier.The degradability of the tape was improved significantly.The degradation rate of the prepared PLA tape can reach 69%after 7 days,and can reach 95%after 45 days.By exploring the effects of different tape backing materials and their thickness on bonding performance and biodegradability,this study may provide reference for the development of environmentally friendly adhesive products.
