Based on Skin Processing Technology Development Analysis
Aircraft skin is an important part of the aircraft,is the main component of the whole machine pneumatic,plays a vital role in the stability of the aircraft,its production process with the development of science and technology in the continuous iteration update.Firstly,the manufacturing technology of aircraft skin is briefly introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each processing technology are objectively analyzed.Milling is an early aircraft skin processing process,which uses chemical corrosion to corrode metal materials into the desired shape and thickness.With the development of numerical control technology,numerical milling has gradually become the mainstream technology of aircraft skin manufacturing.Image milling is an advanced CNC machine tool processing technology,which can be processed on the skin surface with high precision.Secondly,in line with the development of The Times,in line with the concept of modern intelligent manufacturing and green development,it is analyzed that chemical milling technology and CNC machining technology will eventually be cancelled and replaced.Mirror milling technology solves the irreconcilable contradiction between chemical milling technology and CNC machining technology,which conforms to the concept of modern sustainable development,and is the most ideal method for machining skin structural parts.Finally,the simulation and on-site machining experiments of mirror milling technology are done,which are superior to chemical milling and number milling in terms of processing cycle,efficiency,environmental protection and convenience.As technology continues to advance,aircraft skin production processes will continue to evolve and improve to meet higher accuracy and efficiency requirements.
