数字孪生技术在煤机制造领域的应用及发展

我国制造业在"十四五"时期迎来高质量发展的新阶段,在建设强大的煤炭工业体系的同时,必须要有先进的煤机制造能力作为支撑.当前煤矿机械的制造存在着自动化水平低下、智能化程度一般等问题,直接影响煤炭行业的效益.以数字孪生技术在煤机制造业中的应用为基础,对数字孪生概念进行了梳理,探讨了数字孪生在煤机装备制造领域的关键技术.以采煤机滚筒在制造过程中出现的焊接工艺等问题为例,介绍了数字孪生技术在煤机装备领域中的产品快速设计、路线优化、寿命预测等几个方面,并展望了其发展前景.
Application and Development of Digital Twin Technology in the Field of Coal Machinery Manufacturing
During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China's manufacturing industry has entered a new stage of high-quality development.While building a strong coal industry system,it is necessary to have advanced coal machinery manufacturing capabilities as support.At present,there are problems in the manufacturing of coal mining machinery,such as low automation level and average intelligence level,which directly affect the efficiency of the coal industry.Based on the application of digital twin technology in the coal machinery manufacturing industry,the concept of digital twin is sorted out,and the key technologies of digital twin in the coal machinery equipment manufacturing field are explored.Taking the welding process and other issues that occur during the manufacturing process of the shearer drum as an example,this paper introduces the rapid product design,route optimization,and life prediction of digital twin technology in the field of coal mining equipment,and looks forward to its development prospects.
