The Impact of Wind Resource Parameters at Different Stages of Wind Power Engineering on Wind Turbine Load Assessment
This article explains that a certain wind power base project, due to the lack of measured wind data in the early stage, only collected one measured wind tower outside the site, which brought significant uncertainty to the resource evaluation and unit selection of the site.Subsequently, through the establishment of actual wind towers, the original data and wind speed data measured for 3,6,and 9 months were interpolated into the complete annual data values, and compared with the actual data measured for 1 year.Based on the literature on the safety assessment of the unit's ultimate load and fatigue load, the site's wind resources and unit load safety were reevaluated.Further analyze the impact of wind parameter assessment on the safety of wind turbine loads at different stages of the project, and provide reference basis for the subsequent wind resource assessment and wind turbine selection of wind power projects in the region.
