退火态TC6钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能的研究

本文制定不同制度的退火温度,对TC6 钛合金进行退火处理,并对退火态TC6 钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能进行分析研究,结果表明:退火温度升高会使原始α相发生溶解,组织中析出大量的新生α相,且在退火温度升高过程中,组织内有粗大β晶粒出现。合金的强度随退火温度升高而增加,但塑性降低。经较低退温度处理后,拉伸断口主要由密集的韧窝构成,此时合金的塑性性能较好。经较高的退火温度处理后,拉伸断口表面呈现出类似岩石的粗糙纹理形貌,并有明显的撕裂棱以及解理台阶形貌,且断口中还夹杂着少量的韧窝。
Study on Microstructure and Tensile Properties of Annealed TC6 Titanium Alloy
The annealing temperature of different systems was set up,and the annealing treatment of TC6 titanium alloy was carried out.The microstructure and tensile properties of the annealed TC6 titanium alloy were analyzed.The results show that the increase of annealing temperature will dissolve the original α phase,and a large number of new α phases are precipitated in the structure.In the process of increasing annealing temperature,coarse β grains appear in the structure.The strength of the alloy increases with the increase of annealing temperature,but the plasticity decreases.After low annealing temperature treatment,the tensile fracture is mainly composed of dense dimples,and the plasticity of the alloy is better.After high annealing temperature treatment,the tensile fracture surface shows a rough texture morphology similar to rock,and there are obvious tearing edges and cleavage steps,and a small amount of dimples are mixed in the fracture.
