Design of Drug Delivery Robot Based on Service Blueprint Method
Order to better promote the development of service robots,drug delivery robots can improve the degree of automation in hospitals.The service blueprint method is applied to the research and design of drug delivery robot to determine the target user group and conduct research,so as to obtain user needs,and provide guidance for designing drug delivery robots that meet user needs and have high user experience satisfaction.
