铜阳极板残极洗涤机组设计与多喷头清洗仿真研究

本文根据残极洗涤机组的功能和主要结构,对残极洗涤系统进行了改进,成功解决了原有设备洗涤效果差的问题,并用ANSYS Fluent软件对残极洗涤机组的核心设备残极洗涤系统进行流体力学仿真,对比 9 个喷头和 11 个喷头不同喷头下的洗涤效果。结果表明采用 11 个喷头的情况下残极板表面无残酸和残极泥,冲洗后残极板表面干净整洁,并且冲洗的水资源经沉淀后可以循环利用。残极洗涤机组设备自动化程度高,操作简单,可有效提高生产率,降低劳动强度,改善铜电解车间的生产工艺条件。
Design of Residual Washing Unit and Simulation Study of Multiple Nozzles
Based on the functions and main structure of the residual pole washing unit,an improved residual pole washing system was designed to solve the problem of poor washing effect of the original equipment.The core equipment of the residual pole washing unit,the residual pole washing system,was simulated using ANSYS Fluent software to compare the washing effect under different nozzles of 9 nozzles and 11 nozzles.The results showed that with 11 nozzles,there was no residual acid or sludge on the surface of the residual electrode plate.After washing,the surface of the residual electrode plate was clean and tidy,and the washed water resources could be recycled after sedimentation.The residual pole washing unit has a high degree of automation and simple operation,which can effectively improve productivity,reduce labor intensity,and improve the production process conditions of the copper electrolysis workshop.
