发动机热管理方法研究

针对发动机中低转速中低扭矩工况下的排温无法满足SCR系统对排温需求的问题,本文从SCR技术的基本原理、发动机排温的特点等方面进行发动机热管理方法的研究。本文分别采用进气节流方案、进气旁通方案和非中冷EGR方案等三种措施,研究不同方案对排气温度提升的效果,以及对油耗的影响趋势,最终确定发动机最合适的热管理方案。理想的发动机热管理措施是:非中冷EGR+进气节流,以非中冷EGR方案为主,进气节流方案辅助。
The Ways For Increasing The Exhaust Temperature
Aiming at the problem that the exhaust temperature of the engine under the condition of medium and low speed and low torque cannot meet the requirements of SCR system,this paper studies the engine thermal management method from the basic principle of SCR technology and the characteristics of engine exhaust temperature.In this paper,intake throttling scheme,intake bypass scheme and non-intercooled EGR scheme are respectively adopted to study the effect of different schemes on the increase of exhaust temperature and the influence trend on fuel consumption,and finally determine the most appropriate thermal management scheme for the engine.The ideal engine thermal management measures are:non-intercooled EGR+intake throttling,mainly non-intercooled EGR scheme,assisted by intake throttling scheme.
