Study on the Preparation and Performance of Acrylic UV Light Curing Pressure-Sensitive adhesive
Acrylic-2-ethylhexyl ester(2-EHA),methacrylic acid(MAA)as soft and hard monomers,acrylic-2-hydroxyethyl ester(HEA)and acrylamide(AM)as functional group monomers,2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone as photoinitiator, and hexylene diacrylate(HDDA)is a cross-linking agent, which is cured by ultraviolet optical cross-linking polymerization. The polymerization method is to prepare acrylic acid UV light curing pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA)for body polymerization. The main research contents include:the influence of the ratio between soft and hard monomers on the performance of pressure-sensitive glue, the influence of the type and dosage of functional group monomer on the performance of pressure-sensitive glue, the influence of the amount of light initiator and crosslinking agent on the performance of pressure-sensitive glue, and the influence of UV lighting time on the performance of pressure-sensitive glue. The research results found that when the ratio between 2-EHA and MAA is 6:4,the dosage of functional group monomer HEA and AM is 10%and 1.5%respectively,and the dosage of photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone and crosslinking agent HDDA is 2%and 1.5%respectively,UV lighting time The comprehensive performance of pressure-sensitive adhesive at 120s is good.
