Design of an Elderly Friendly Toilet Assisted Lifting Device
A toilet assisted lifting device has been designed to address the inconvenience of elderly people getting up after using the toilet and the risk of falling during the lifting process.The device mainly consists of armrests,chair seat,base,electrical component,etc.The main working principle of the device is analyzed,the mechanical structure and electrical parts are designed,the stress of the main load-bearing components is analyzed using finite element method.A physical prototype is made.The load-bearing capacity,battery endurance,lifting dimensions,and waterproof level of the device are tested.This device can be adapted to most flushing toilets on the market,and has the advantages of comfortable use,simple operation,safety and reliability.This device has good market prospects.
