本文分析了磁粉离合器的原理,并通过试验对其性能进行了分析.首先,本文发现磁粉离合器的扭矩划分误差较大,且使用时间越长,转矩变化较大.其次,通过高温、低温实验,发现磁粉离合器在低温下表现不佳.低温下扭矩大于室温下,输出不稳定.本文为磁粉离合器在低温条件下的使用提供了一些指导,并对正确使用磁粉离合器提出了一些建议.
The Performance Analysis and Application of Magnetic Particle Clutch
The paper analyses the theory of magnetic particle clutch,then analyses the performance through some experimentations.Firstly,the paper find that the magnetic particle clutch has large error by demarcating when the torque is small,and the torque will change great with a long time using.Secondly,the paper finds the magnetic particle clutch behaves bad in low temperature by experimentation in high and low temperature.The torque is bigger in low temperature than in room temperature,and the export is not steady.The paper provieds some guidance to help the magnetic particle clutch to use in low temperature,and gives some advice for using magnetic particle clutch correctly.
