Design and Application of Lubricating Station for AC Drawworks
The lubrication system of the AC drawworks mainly consists of oil tank,oil pump and filter.Currently,the oil tank and lubrication oil pump of the lubrication system are installed inside the base,so makes the installation and operation of the lubrication system very difficult.Moreover,when lubrication faults occur,maintenance is inconvenient.This articlecombines the actual operating conditions of oil drawworks drilling and takes JC70DB drawworks as an example to design a independent module lubrication oil station,using the gearbox body as the oil tank and an external comprehensive oil station.The factory test verify the rationality of design of the lubricating oil station,which is suitable for the operating conditions of the drawworks.The modular design of the lubricating oil station is versatile and can be matched with various series of power drawworks.
