Detection Method for Cleaning Magnetic Metal Particles in Lithium Iron Phosphate Using Wet Method
Lithium iron phosphate is an important cathode material for power batteries,and Its product quality directly affects the performance,life and safety of the battery.In the quality control of lithium iron phosphate,magnetic metal particles are an important testing item,which affects the performance of the battery.This paper proposes a test method for the wet determination of magnetic metal particles in lithium iron phosphate by cleanliness meter.The lithium iron phosphate samples are processed through wet rolling adsorption,water washing,alcohol washing,pickling and other unit operations to expose the magnetic metal particles as much as possible,so that the magnetic metal particles can show their own metallic luster,enhance the detection accuracy,and then after being processed by the cleanliness meter,the test can be completed.Experimental results show that this method can accurately determine the number and particle size distribution of magnetic metal particles in lithium iron phosphate.It is a simple,fast,and accurate method for detecting magnetic metal particles in lithium iron phosphate,and provides technical support for product quality control and performance evaluation..
