环形轨道与垫板是C形转子翻车机端盘体在倾翻火车皮过程中的主要受力部件,二者能否紧密贴合对于后续设备安全运行尤为关键。本文通过分析C形转子翻车机端盘体的结构及运行特点,在没有 10 米立车加工条件下提供一种环形轨道与垫板的紧密贴合方法,使环形轨道与垫板进行牢固紧密贴合,有效保证环形轨道的安装强度、精度,缩短工期,节约成本。
Research on the Method of Tight Fitting Between the Circular Track of the End Disk Body and the Backing Plate of the C-shaped Rotor Overturning Machine
The circular track and backing plate are the main load-bearing components of the end disc of the C-shaped rotor overturning machine during the process of overturning the train,whether they can fit closely together is particularly crucial for the safe operation of subsequent equipment.This article analyzes the structure and operating characteristics of the end disk body of the C-shaped rotor overturning machine,and provides a method of tight fitting without the processing condition of 10 meter vertical lathe,so that the circular track and the end disk body can be firmly and tightly fitted,effectively ensuring the installation strength and accuracy of the circular track,shortening the construction period,and saving costs.
