某轨道车辆铝合金枕梁组焊的工艺研究

铝合金枕梁焊后变形,导致平面度超差而难于调修,本文提出了在枕梁组焊过程中,枕梁整体预热再纵向预置反变形的新工艺理念,并制定了枕梁组焊的工艺流程,通过电加热炉加热技术使新工艺得到应用,生产实践表明:新工艺克服了工装定位压紧装置因预置反变形量增大而承受压力极限值的弊端,极大的降低了枕梁焊前预置反变形的作业难度;枕梁整体电加热使枕梁反位的焊前"预热"温度均匀一致,减小了焊接缺陷产生的几率,合理预置反变形使焊后枕梁反位侧的平面度达到工艺预期值,极大的保证了产品质量,降低了焊后枕梁的调修作业难度,提高了生产效率。
Research on Technology of Aluminum Alloy Bolster Assembly Welding for Rail Vehicle
Due to the welding deformation of the aluminum alloy bolster,the flatness of bolster is out of tolerance,which is difficult to repair.In the process of bolster assembly welding,this paper put forward a new process concept of preheating the bolster as a whole,preseted anti-deformation longitudinally during the welding process,and formulated a new process flow of bolster assembly welding,the process was applied through the electric heating furnace heating technology.Production practice showed that the new process overcomed the disadvantage of the pressure limit value of the tooling positioning pressing device due to the increase of preset anti-deformation,and greatly reduced the difficulty of preset anti-deformation before welding of the bolster;the overall electric heating of bolster made the preheating temperature on the reverse side of the bolster uniform,which reduced the chance of welding defects,and the flatness of the reverse side of the bolster reached the expected value of the process by presetting reasonable anti-deformation,guaranteed the product quality greatly,reduced the difficulty of the bolster adjustment after welding,and improved the production efficiency.
