摘要

通过实际项目案例验证了高效异相类芬顿工艺在化工园混合废水处理中,作为预处理段药剂耗量及处理效果.该文论述了传统芬顿氧化法的工艺原理和缺点,阐述了高效异相类芬顿技术的工艺原理和特点,介绍了其在某化工园混合废水处理中作为预处理单元处理高盐有机物废水的应用,详细列举了设计参数、处理效率、运行成本.可为同行业设计研究工作者提供借鉴.

Abstract

The high-efficiency heterogeneous Fenton process has been validated through practical project cases in the treatment of mixed wastewater in chemical parks,with regard to the consumption of reagents and treatment effectiveness in the pretreatment stage.The process principle and shortcomings of the traditional Fenton oxidation method are discussed,and the process principle and characteristics of the high-efficiency heterogeneous Fenton-like technology are elaborated.The application of this technology as a pretreatment unit for treating high-salt organic wastewater in a chemical park is introduced,and provides a detailed list of design parameters and operational efficiency,which could be reference for designers and researchers.
