空客A320油箱惰性气体系统故障排除研究

燃油箱惰性气体系统是保障飞机燃油箱安全最重要的系统。本文介绍了空客A320 油箱惰性气体系统的工作原理、内部组成和外部交互,通过利用系统分析排除惰性气体发生系统带引气测试构型不满足的故障案例。提示飞机维护人员在排故过程中要打开排故思维不能局限在排故手册,要充分利用系统分析与飞机维护手册相结合的方法执行排故工作。本文展现的惰性气体发生系统带引气测试构型不满足排故过程,以期为类似故障提供排除方法的参考,能够为飞机维护人员提供更多的排故思维。
Research on The Fuel Tank Inerting System Troubleshooting of The Airbus A320
Fuel Tank Inerting System is the most important system to ensure the safety of aircraft fuel tank.This paper introduces the working principle,internal composition,and external interaction of the Airbus A320 Fuel Tank Inerting System.It also uses system analysis to eliminate fault cases where the Inert Gas Generation System with bleed airfor the test configuration does not meet requirements.It suggests that aircraft maintenance personnel should open up their problem-solving mindset during troubleshooting and not limit themselves to troubleshooting manuals.They should use a combination of system analysis and aircraft maintenance manuals to perform troubleshooting work.The troubleshooting process of the Inert Gas Generation System withbleed airfor the test configuration not meeting requirements demonstrated in this paper is intended to provide a reference for similar faults and can provide more troubleshooting thinking for aircraft maintenance personnel.
