带式输送机张力检测装置的研制与应用

长距离带式输送机常采用多台交流变频电机作为动力源,由于多种因素的影响,电机间功率分配的不均衡现象时有发生,对输送机实施功率平衡控制显得尤为重要。通过有效调控功率平衡,能够预防电机承受过载或不足载的风险,确保输送机运行的稳定性。输送带张力是功率平衡调节中的关键因素,在当前的带式输送机研发领域,输送带张力的动态特性一直在理论和软件模拟的研究中,并未有标准的设备或装置可靠便捷地使用于工程实践中。文中基于对带式输送机的长期研究和实践,设计出用于长距离带式输送机的输送带任意点的张力检测装置,经工程实践验证其灵敏、可靠。
Development and Application of Belt Conveyor Tension Detection Device
Long-distance belt conveyors often use multiple AC variable frequency motors as power sources.Due to the influence of various factors,unbalanced power distribution among motors often occurs.It is particularly important to implement power balance control on conveyors.By effectively regulating the power balance,the risk of overload or underload of the motor can be prevented and the stability of the conveyor operation can be ensured.Conveyor belt tension is a key factor in power balance adjustment.In the current field of belt conveyor research and development,the dynamic characteristics of conveyor belt tension have been studied in theory and software simulation.There is no standard equipment or device that can be used reliably and conveniently.in engineering practice.Based on long-term research and practice on belt conveyors,this article designs a tension detection device for any point of the conveyor belt of long-distance belt conveyors.It has been verified by engineering practice that it is sensitive and reliable.
