摘要

采用沉淀-煅烧法合成纳米CuO颗粒,通过黄药在CuO表面吸附后热解得到表面硫化的CuO/CuS核壳结构.径X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-m)、酸碱滴定、接触角、Zeta电位等测试,对硫化前后的CuO样品进行表征.结果表明:经黄药硫化样品的表面疏水性、表面电性和酸碱性质等均发生变化,红外谱图在617 cm-1处出现Cu一S的振动吸收峰,XRD峰位和强度均未变化,进一步证明CuO表面发生硫化.

Abstract

CuO nanoparticles were synthesized using direct precipitation and calcination. Surface sulphidization of copper oxide was carried on by thermolysing the xanthate adsorbed on the surface of copper oxide and CuO/CuS complex structure was obtained. Properties of copper oxide before and after surface sulphidization were studied by XRD,FT-IR,acid-base litration,contact angle and zeta potential measurements. Experimental results reveal that the surface hydrophobicity,acid-base properties and the electro kinetic properties of sulphidized samples have been changed. Furthermore,phenomena,such as the vibration absorption peak at 617 cm'1 identified as the Cu-S bond in the FT-IR spectra,and the unchanged peak intensity and position in the XRD spectra further confirm that sulphidization occurs at the surface of copper oxide.
