Innovative Ideas of Adaptive Design of Hospital Buildings
To analyze and verify the feasibility of adaptive design of hospital buildings,according to the needs of patients for medical services and the current situation of hospital buildings,new ideas of reasonable form,local conditions,appli-cable functions,flexible traffic flow,future renewal and emergency response of adaptive design of hospital buildings were proposed.Taking the architectural design and construction process of New Hospital(Phase I)Project of the Second Hospital of Shandong University as an example,the new ideas of adaptive design of hospital buildings were analyzed and validated from various aspects.The results show that reasonable layout and site selection according to local conditions can better highlight the cultural characteristics of hospital buildings.Innovative functional layout and flexible traffic flow lines can better meet the increasing medical service needs of patients.Taking into account the future development and emergency response,the hospital has the ability of organic and flexible renewal,which can effectively improve the adapta-bility of the hospital buildings to the future development trend.
