Effect of Water Stress at Different Fertility Stages on Physiological Characteristics of Grape Growth
To study the effects of water stress at different growth stages on photosynthesis and fruit quality of table grapes,a facility study was conducted on Roselle grapes.Water stress was carried out at germination stage, shoot growth stage, flowering stage, fruit expansion stage, coloring stage and the whole growth stage, and adequate irrigation was used as the control group. The effects of water stress at different growth stages on photosynthetic characteristics, yield and fruit quali-ty of grape were studied. The results show that the net photosynthetic rate of grape leaves is least affected by water stress during shoot growth stage, which decreases by 8.96% compared with the control group. The net photosynthetic rate of grape leaves during fruit expansion stage is most affected by water stress, which decreases by 13.14% compared with the control group. The effect of water stress in germination stage is significant, which can increase the yield by 9.87% .Water stress at coloring stage is beneficial to the accumulation of vitamin C and reducing sugar, decreases the content of titrable acid and improves fruit quality, and has no significant effect on fruit yield.
