Manganese Nanozyme Based Colorimetric Detection of Hydrogen Peroxide Prepared by Electrochemistry
To expand the application of nanozymes, homogeneously dispersed manganese atoms were doped into the hollow carbon skeleton by ion exchange and high temperature pyrolysis, and a hollow manganese nanozyme(Mn-NC)was prepared.A colorimetric method based on Mn-NC was developed to detect the concentration of hydrogen peroxide pro-duced in situ by electrochemical two-electron oxygen reduction. The results show that Mn-NC has excellent peroxidase like activity and can catalyze the oxidation of colorless 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to blue oxidized TMB by hydrogen peroxide. When the hydrogen peroxide concentration is 0~6 mmol/L,the absorbance of the system has a good multi-segment linear relationship with the hydrogen peroxide concentration, and Mn-NC colorimetric method has very low detection limit(0.45 μmol/L)and excellent anti-interference performance.
