摘要

针对汽车电动助力转向系统NVH特性数据存在多点位异步采样误差较大,且选取性能评价依据单一的问题,设计一种二十四通道NVH特性数据同步采集与多角度特性分析系统;采用多个数据采集模块联结、同步动态随机存储器读写、高速串行计算机扩展总线融合的方式,实现二十四通道NVH特性数据的同步精确采集与快速传输;从机械性能与声振特性方面对电动助力转向系统NVH特性进行多角度分析与评价.结果表明,与传统测试方法相比,所提方法可实现多点位同步高精度采样与多角度信号时频域分析,每个通道数据采集速率可达200 kHz/s,时频域分析依据更丰富、更全面.

Abstract

To solve the problem that NVH characteristics data of automotive electric power steering system had a large multi-point asynchronous sampling error and the performance evaluation basis was single,a 24-channel synchronous data acquisition of NVH characteristics and multi-aspect characteristic analysis system was designed.By means of connecting multiple data acquisition modules,reading and writing by synchronous dynamic random-access memory,and fusing peripheral component interconnect express,the synchronous,accurate acquisition and fast transmission of 24-channel NVH characteristics data were realized.The NVH characteristics of electric power steering system were analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of mechanical property and noise and vibration characteristics.The results show that compared with the traditional test methods,the proposed method can realize multi-point synchronous high-precision sampling and multi-aspect signal time-frequency domain analysis,and the data acquisition rate of each channel can reach 200 kHz/s,and the time-frequency domain analysis basis is richer and more comprehensive.
