为了应对清扫机器人的复杂化趋势,降低清扫机器人的运维门槛,提出一种基于本体的清扫机器人智能运维知识库构建方法;通过形式化描述清扫机器人零部件的工作状态,构建清扫机器人运维本体;基于决策树制定运维方案语法规则,建立清扫机器人运维本体的规则体系;通过添加设备案例的实例数据,对清扫机器人运维本体进行推理与分析;以清扫机器人运维本体为基础,开发清扫机器人的在线推理应用.结果表明:运维本体推理的决策语义逻辑合理,基于本体的清扫机器人智能运维知识库构建方法具有一定可行性和有效性;所开发的清扫机器人在线推理应用为无人清扫作业提供了 一种高效的知识服务手段.
Construction of Ontology-based Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Knowledge Base for Cleaning Robots
To cope with increasing complexity of cleaning robots and lower their operation and maintenance threshold,a method for constructing an ontology-based intelligent operation and maintenance knowledge base for cleaning robots was proposed.By formalizing working status of components of a cleaning robot,an operation and maintenance ontology for the cleaning robot was constructed.On the basis of decision tree,maintenance plan syntax rules were established to create a rule system for the cleaning robot's operation and maintenance ontology.The operation and maintenance ontology was then reasoned and analyzed by adding instance data of equipment cases.On the basis of the cleaning robot's operation and main-tenance ontology,online reasoning application for the cleaning robot was developed.The results show that the decision-making semantic logic of the maintenance ontology reasoning is reasonable,and the method for constructing an ontology-based intelligent operation and maintenance knowledge base for cleaning robots is feasible and effective.The developed online reasoning application for cleaning robots provides an efficient knowledge service for unmanned cleaning operation.
