随着数智经济时代的到来,管理算法化和算法管理化是当前企业管理变革的新趋势.从企业管理范式演进和比较两个维度对算法管理的变革后果进行刻画:一方面,在企业管理数字化、智能化发展的大趋势下,算法管理构成了企业管理在数智时代的现代化形式,并以智能计算为主要方式开启了企业管理的第四次现代化;另一方面,算法作为企业管理的一种新型管理方式,促进了企业组织形态、分工方式、协作模式、资源配置方式以及管理职能的转型,从而引领了企业管理范式的革新.算法管理将是数智经济时代的重要企业管理范式,推动企业管理现代化进程.
Abstract
With the advent of the era of the digital economy,traditional enterprise management mode has been reshaped by the rise of algorithmic management.Existing researches mainly concentrate on the concept,application situation,feature,and influence of algorithmic management.However,the lack of in-depth discussion on the trans-formative nature and significance of algorithmic management increasingly arouses much attention.This paper focu-ses on the evolution and comparison of the enterprise management paradigm to describe the consequences of the al-gorithm management reform.Under the general trend of digitalization and intelligentization of enterprise management,algorithmic manage-ment,a modern form of enterprise management,starts the fourth modernization of enterprise management as the main way of intelligent computing.The fourth modernization has the following basic characteristics:First,algo-rithms are becoming a kind of management decision-making subject.Although the algorithmic has not yet achieved subjectivity and experience in the sense of realism,with the continuous innovation and development of generative artificial intelligence(AI),the subjectivity and experience of the algorithmic are constantly improving,acquiring a certain ability of"autonomous"decision-making or action.Second,the algorithmic can achieve effective human-computer interaction.In the first three times of enterprise management modernization,machines are still mainly in-strumental,while in the fourth enterprise management modernization,human-computer interaction begins to be re-alized.Interaction between human and algorithmics is no longer dominated and controlled by a simple party,which leads to the fact that algorithmics gradually load management value and algorithmic management's function is gradu-ally strengthened.Algorithmic is a new organizational way of enterprise management and its wide application has brought about the innovation of enterprise management paradigm.Changes have been shown in the organizational form,division of labor,collaboration,resource allocation and management functions of enterprises.These changes can be specified as follows.First,algorithmic management promotes the platformization of enterprise organizational forms.Second,algorithm management boosts the intelligent division of labor in enterprises.Third,algorithm management enhances the accuracy of enterprise collaboration.Fourth,algorithm management contributes to the algorithmization of enter-prise resource allocation.Finally,algorithm management drives the intelligence of enterprise management func-tions.Algorithmic management,as a new management mode in which enterprises use digital intelligence algorithmics to realize the automation of decision-making,organization,and control processes will be an important enterprise management paradigm in the era of digital intelligence and promote the modernization of enterprise management.
