Investigation of the Fungal Community in Poultry Litter Fermentation Agent in Shandong Province
This study aimed to investigate the microbial community structure of composting agents utilized in poultry manure management within Shandong Province.Eight different composting agents from biological duck farms located in Dezhou,Rizhao,Heze,Taian, and other regions were collected for analysis. These agents were inoculated onto nutrient agar,YPD agar,High One Synthesis Agar, and MRS agar using a plate streaking method for separation and purification. The bacterial strains were subsequently identified through 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Results indicated that among the eight composting agents available on the market in Shandong Province,62.5%were composite formulations predominantly consisting of Bacillus sporothermodurans,Pseudomonas sp.,and Lactobacillus sp.,with strain counts typically ranging from 106 to 107 CFU/g;conversely,approximately 37.5%represented single-strain formulations primarily featuring Bacillus sporothermodurans at concentrations around 1011 CFU/g.This investigation elucidates the microbial community structure present in certain poultry manure composting agents within Shandong Province and provides a theoretical foundation for future development of these microbial communities.
