三种滑液囊支原体灭活疫苗免疫攻毒比对试验

为验证支原体灭活疫苗免疫效果,选取市场三种商品化灭活疫苗对28日龄SPF鸡分组进行免疫试验,免疫4周后检测抗体并进行滑液囊支原体(Mycoplasma synoviae,MS)攻毒,观察攻毒后14 d内临床症状,攻毒14 d后采集咽喉拭子和泄殖腔拭子检测MS排毒率.试验结果显示,各组鸡毒支原体(Mycoplasma gallisepticum,MG)、MS抗体差异较大,MG抗体C组均值和阳性率(4 779,100%)略优于A、B组;MS抗体C组均值(1 613)和阳性率(80%)较高,而A组和B组均为阴性.由此可见,支原体灭活苗可对MS产生有效保护,并明显减少MS攻毒后的排毒率.
Comparison of the Challenge Effect of Mycoplasma Synoviae after Immunization with Three Inactivated Vaccines
In order to evaluate the immune effect of Mycoplasma spp.inactivated vaccine,three commercial vaccines were selected for immunization test of SPF chickens at 28 days of age.Antibodies were detected at 30 dpi and MS challenge was performed.Clinical changes were observed within 14 dpc.Mycoplasma synoviae positive rate was detected by throat swabs and cloaca swabs at 14 dpc.The results showed that the Mycoplasma gallisepticum antibody of mean value and positive rate in group C were(4 779 and 100%)which were slightly higher than groups A and B.The mean value(1 613)and positive rate(80%)of MS antibodies were also higher in group C,while both groups A and B were negative.The effectively protection of MS challenge and significantly reduction viral excretionwill identified after using inactivated Mycoplasma spp.vaccine.
