Study on chicken Mycoplasma synovialis HB-MS isolate strains pathogenicity and drug resistance
In order to further investigate the causes of the onset and rapid spread of Mycoplasma infection in a chicken farm in Hebei Province, this study conducted a study on the pathogenic factors and biological characteristics on site.We collected mucus samples from the maxillary cleft of diseased chickens and successfully isolated and purified a strain of Mycoplasma pneumoniae through bacterial biological characteristics analysis, morphological observation,PCR detection, sequencing, and animal regression experiments. The results showed that the isolated strain HB-MS can degrade glucose and produce acid, causing the culture medium to turn yellow.Under the microscope, classic"egg shaped"colonies can be observed, which is consistent with the biological characteristics of Mycoplasma; The pathogenicity test analysis of SPF chickens shows that HB-MS has strong pathogenicity and can be re isolated.Genetic evolution analysis shows that the HB-MS strain isolated in this study has a distant relationship with existing Mycoplasma. The above research results provide important scientific basis for the prevention and control of Mycoplasma in laying hens, and help formulate effective treatment and prevention strategies.
