摘要

1970-1985年间,早期超高层建筑作为国内一种标志性的建筑类型,其先锋性的结构技术发展是决定其特有结构和空间型制的根本驱动力.文章从技术史学视角出发,梳理对中国超高层建筑技术有重要影响的国际技术转移历程,通过整理同期建筑结构等相关工程技术资料和文献,将该类型建筑设计发展史放置于结构技术的引入和演变脉络之中,强调从"工法创新"到"结构创新"的思维转变,并以深圳国际贸易中心大厦作为"筒体"超高层案例分析,以期构建中国早期超高层建筑设计的独特技术价值及时代意义,为理解现当代建筑提供一种可能的技术路径.

Abstract

From 1970 to 1985,super high-rises have been an iconic building type.Pioneering structural technologies have been the fundamental driving force for the early development of such buildings in China,which determine their unique structures and spatial layouts.From the perspective of technical history,this article reviews the process of international technology transfer which has an important impact on the building technology of local super high-rises.By collecting relevant data and literature on engineering and technology during this period,as well as the case study of the Shenzhen International Trade Center,the article places the development of this building type in the context of the evolution of structural technology,and emphasizes the necessity of changing"construction innovation"to"structural innovation,"in an aim to elaborate the unique technical value and significance of early super high-rise design.It also provides a potential framework for technological understanding for contemporary architectural studies.
