摘要
建筑师负责制是建筑行业新发展阶段的新型管理模式,是与国际通行模式接轨的由建筑师团队为建设单位提供项目全生命周期技术咨询服务的新型生产力关系,建筑师负责制下的各方责权利均与建筑行业现有模式下不同.文章基于对标国际模式各方责权利的比较研究,结合浦东新区试点项目经验解析建筑师负责制在现有法律法规下的各方责权利变化.
Abstract
Architect Responsibility System is a new management mode in the new development stage of the construction industry,and a New Productivity Relationship in which the architect team provides technical consulting services for the whole life cycle of the project to the construction unit in line with the International Model.The responsibilities and rights of all parties under Architect Responsibility System are different from those under the existing mode of the construction industry.Based on the comparative study of the responsibilities and rights of all parties in the International Model and the experience of the pilot project in Pudong,this paper analyzes the changes of responsibilities and rights of all parties in the Architect Responsibility System under the existing laws and regulations.
